About
I'm Imran Jogee, an illustrator, printmaker, and animator based in Leeds, UK. I first fell in love with drawing when I used to copy my favourite characters from TMNT and the X-Men cartoons in the early ‘90s. That obsession never really went away, and now, with 15 years of professional experience, I work across illustration, animation, and branding.
My style is playful, character-driven, and a little wonky – I love bending and distorting forms while keeping them recognisable. I enjoy finding humour in everyday life and bringing that sense of fun into my work. I’m always looking for ways to add movement, personality, and small narratives, capturing moments that make you smile.
Outside of work, I spend my time playing and watching football, reading comics, making hip hop, and baking bread. I also used to rap (and still do occasionally, if the mood’s right). When I’m not drawing, I’m often making my illustrations move through animation or turning them into risograph prints - some of which are available to buy.
I’ve worked with a mix of clients, including The Cabinet Office, Crown Estate, Parish, Heineken, Capita, VP MED Group, Village General Store, UKHO, Travelers, Yorkshire Water, Rolls-Royce and Sheffield Hallam.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like to collaborate, commission a project, or just chat about ideas. I’d love to bring your vision to life!
